Mercy is the worst at billing between the top 3, SSM, BJC, and Mercy. They send you bills months after service is provided with no explanation. Then call you with an automated message to call them. They also will constantly call you with an automated call to get you to fill out a satisfaction survey once you have been seen at their facilities. They will keep calling until you take it.
I like this system much better. But never know which Mercy app to use since I got an email once saying to use a new one but one of my doctors still uses the old system.
I’ve been having issues with my bills being sent to the right address, I can edit my mailing address and I can edit my contact information address but I cannot edit my “responsible for payment” address which is apparently the most important one because my bills aren’t getting sent to the right address which is causing me to not get them at all, I’ve messaged support 4 times now, called someone, and let them know in person at the hospital and it still hasn’t been resolved and it’s very frustrating.

I click link to see upcoming or messages and screen goes blank then after a few seconds it goes back to link.
I like the ease of using the app - to schedule an appointment, use cancellation list option, have all my med records at my fingertips. Dr. Vester is a good listener and she always supports me in a professional and caring manner.
Love the app, and financial notifications regarding bill payments. Mercy is tops!
MyMercy I use to be able to message my daughters providers. There is no longer a tab to message anyone. Bring that back!
It shows when you have test results, but unfortunately, it doesn’t show you the actual results of the tests.
Its easy to access on your account and to make appointment
To be able to see all the different doctors, the different notes test results and your history all in one is actually pretty impressive coming from a small doctor and not having any of these features available to having everything reviewable is actually awesome.
I love this app and the response time can be immediately responded too and test results are also avalible for viewing as soon as they are posted. I think this app is well put together user friendly and def has a choice for anything I could think of in relevance to the medical aspect messaging, appoiments, multiple scheduling opportunities, vaccines to view / proof of, and even test results possibly prior to the doctor seeing them even
They are a great team if Doctors, Nurses, Everyone is so nice and thoughtful. It is a great place to go to. Highly recommend

Every time I have gone to The doctor or have had tests ran I have always been treated very nicely. Everyone has always been nice and accommodating and they also talk to you and give you all the information that you might need.

I used to have to go to the website, put all my iusername and password and then receive a pin number. With the new iPhone app that Mercy has, I simply have to open it with my face scan and can immediately check whether I want to look at my file or my wife’s file. It is now very convenient and easy to use. I’m loving the app.
Every time I open the app, I owe you money. I don't like it. !

I’m currently sitting here with a fractured foot. I went to the doctor 2 days (2/26) ago because I fell and knew I needed an X-ray. I went to the clinic because I couldn’t afford to go to the ER. I was told they couldn’t see me and that I would need to go to the ER. After I explained that I couldn’t afford the ER I was treated as though I was drug seeking, which my records would indicate that I have never done. They relented and agreed to see me, I asked the NP why they didn’t want to see me and she said the front staff was new and didn’t know the kind of care they provided. This was a lie because I had seen the girl at the front desk on a previous visit. After looking at my foot the NP sent me for an X-ray but gave me no instructions on how to care for my foot or any aftercare. The X-ray posted yesterday (2/27) afternoon (approx 30hrs after I was x-rayed) and I have yet to hear back from the doctor. Meanwhile my foot is now extremely swollen and bruised. I have to work so I have had to walk on it which is painful and potentially causing more harm. I feel our medical system has failed me and I was treated as though I was quite unimportant because I couldn’t afford to go to the ER.
Mercy is the number 1 hospital I have been to in years. They saved my life when I had cancer and still checking to make sure I’m doing good.

What happened to the send a message tab? I received an email that I have a message waiting and I cannot view it in the app or on the website. Disappointed. I've always liked this app way better than Cox's app.
The unable to make a appointment
I have no complaints about the excellent care I receive from all my doctors and nurses. I am out of town and can’t find the 24-hour Nurse Helpline on the MyMercy site. Perhaps you could post this number. Thanks!
So we had an Ultra sound at 1 at Mercy Hospital on New Ballas Rd. We got there, followed the scarce and weekday instructions. Doors were locked and when we finally found our way into the main hospital the admitting staff the app said to goto left at noon. We walked around aimlessly finding whoever we could find. We finally found help 30 min later got the test done. It was very bad the whole experience.

I logged bagged back in a while ago and most my stuff disappeared like egergancy calls it says I need to renew my number and name man I hate apps.
Easy to navigate and always get a prompt response anytime I send a message. It’s nice to have your records accessible to view.
Twice now, (and the third time will be the last) appointments have been changed for my wife, and we drove 75 minutes, to get to an appointment, that was for an entirely different time, or day. And staff is unprepared/lacking the tools, to deal with customers angry over being hosed by this glitch in the system.
The fact that a patient cant call they’re doctor’s office directly is bad enough. Then when you do call the people who answer the phone sound miserable and clearly don’t give two you know whats. half the time you don’t even get a call back and are forced to message on the app and if you get a response its a freakin week later. They have phones in every office let us call them.
Dr. Sadia Qazi amazing in every way. She & her team are very quickly responsive through the Mercy App or by phone. They are all extremely kind & professional. Taking the time to understand all of my medical issues and help guide me through what options are available & recommended and the whole team is very patient & thorough. If you really dread going to the doctor….Dr. Qazi & her team will be an amazing change from any doctor you have ever seen. Count yourself lucky if you are fortunate enough to become one of their patients.
Like the title says you almost killed my wife
The new version is very bland compared to this app. One thing we noticed is that all versions stopped updating the hospital timeline. The last time it accurately displayed a timeline (including procedures) was mid-December. It only displays medications and weight. Having a timeline is important to us family during these times, so we can ensure we are in the know when we are not physically there! The new app doesn’t even have that!!!! It’s a nice little infographic having the hospital stay timeline in this app! Hopefully we do not have to go back, but they fix the bug!!
Info is inputted app differently depending on what office/clinic you are working with. Offices have an expectation you will check the app daily instead of reaching out through traditional methods
You have changed your connection to leave a message for a doctor. It is very frustrating. I do not like it. I really used it when I needed to send a message to a doctor. They responded immediately. Why did you change it? You have made communication, very frustrating and unlikable.!!!!!
I have a good relationship with my doctors at my Mercy. They care about me and my well being! I can tell them anything and they care and listen. It’s nice to know that they care about me.
The mercy on call never works, you can’t get humans, it’s just a complete “run-around”. I had tests requested on the app and the Mercy blood lab said they couldn’t use that as confirmation. Why even put it there. This is all lipstick on a pig.
I have had a surgical procedure today. Will have a hernia surgery soon. And every person( nurses , assistants, Drs, etc have been so nice and are very professional .. You guys areGreat !! Thanks for your care !! 👌✌️🙏🏻
You are the most negligent Hospital I have ever had to deal with your nurses. Make people wait two hours past their medication. You let a nurse for medicine on a patient and do nothing you go ahead and you cover your butt because this is not over by a long shot.
You can text msg doctors and nurses and they get back to you right away. You can see test results quickly and order medications within the app. You can also schedule appt. Great app.
I like MyMercy but haven’t been able to activate the Plus
Its a complete waste of time!! One cannot understand test results so why read stuff only a trained doctor can understand!! It should never replace a phone call from a doctor that can explain results.. my mercy should not be pushing tests as it does!!! It makes me angry!!!
