Loving MyMercy

I use MyMercy all the time. It is how I communicate with my doctors and their nurses. I look up my test results, update my records, and pay my bill using MyMercy. I think it is a great tool for patients to have and be able to utilize.

Comprehensive, useful, uncomplicated app.

Has been very helpful for keeping my health in the forefront of my mind and life. Access to healthcare providers, medication and refills, appointments, health questions and more, are easily accessible and convenient to incorporate into your daily lives and routines.

Messaging my care team

Your app has changed where I cannot leave a message with one of my care team and that is extremely frustrating. That was the one thing I bragged about with my friends of the care that you could get.

Great place and very helpful Team

Dr. Marino and his team at Mercy Clinic are very thorough and do the best they can every visit. I recommend them for all general health issues/needs. They will refer you to the best specialists around if they find something more complicated.

Always the best

This place had watch me grow up and took care of me when I had a severe migraine. I’m forever grateful/ thankful for the Doctors, Staff, Nurses, & anyone who’s ever been in the medical field! Thank you deeply for your power of knowledge to help others to be their best selves!

So helpful!

This app is extremely helpful in making my healthcare more easily available and understandable! When I have questions, I have access to the right places to ask those questions, and I can see my test result and easily schedule appointments! I’ve had prompt and helpful responses when I reach out for assistance! I was worried that I wouldn’t get a reply for days, but I got all of the information I needed the same day I reached out!

Great App!!!

It’s so helpful to be able to review my data and communicate with my doctors and other medical staff. I wish every medical office had this ability and all patients had access to this kind of information.

Don't change the app

I like the one we use now! I don't want you to change anything! Please! Everything works fine just the way it is!

Check in is not really checking in

I was technically late for my appointment because after I checked in a pop up told me I was all set and to take a seat. I arrived 20 minutes early and was hoping, not expecting, to be seen early. About six minutes after my appointment should have begun I approached the lovely ladies at the check in desk who told me that I still have to physically check in, every time. Apps are good until they’re not. Disappointing.

Excellent app. It allows to communicate more quickly with my provider, which is extremely important to me right now!! Great job!!!

Looks useful, but isn’t as useful as it appears.

Ignore the request to fill out paperwork in the app to “save time.” Odds are you’ll get to you appt and be told that function doesn’t work and you have to fill them out again. There is no way to dismiss the annoying “reminders” of medical tests you need to have even though you’ve already had them. A fair amount of the time you’ll get a message saying “an error occurred on the server. Please try again later.” Great idea. Poor execution.

KEEP APP

Keep this app and not the new subpar copycat MyMercy+ This app is far above the one you want to switch to. This app is easy to maneuver, locate what I’m looking for with tests, notes and billing. Super easy to schedule appointments and communicate with my physicians. Notifications are over the top awesome!! Ease of use. Recommend 100% yo everyone I know. And 1000% to not use the new one. Make your money and use your staff. I’m not a medical “self checkout cashier/scheduler” when you make the switch. I’m out.

Hate it

I’m so frustrated with this app. Twice I’ve tried to find my sons doctors note and it’s just nowhere. Even after googling how to find it , the tab doesn’t even exist. I hate it

Transfer/central appointments

This centralizing appointments may save money but it is a huge inconvenience when there is no direct contact with an office. Today I drive to that office bcuz I have spent hours trying to make an appointment.

This is one of the easiest portals I have ever been on and gives you so much information! Thank you to whoever set this up.

Very Confusing

I do not like the new app at all. It’s very confusing and hard to find anything because it’s not labeled very well. I have to call the help desk every time I can’t find something after spending 30 mins looking for it .

Original myMercy app is great!

I really enjoy using the original myMercy app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It is nicely organized, easy to use, and meets all my mobile Mercy needs. NOTE: I will NOT upgrade to the new myMercy+ app. I tried it and it was not a friendly experience. “If it’s not broken, don’t fix it!”

Love the app!

Not a lot to say other than it is nice to be able to see your medical stuff in one place and communicate with your doctors.

Love the idea

But the visuals in the app look nothing like this and the way the video shows to add family member access doesn’t exist

Mercy app

I think the mercy app is the greatest. I have used it many times. I message my provider with medical questions and advice. This saves time and money in place of a office visit. They are always very prompt to reply and set your mind at ease. If you have any questions after leaving office visit, you can go on and look at your visit summary notes. If your not sure about what they told you about your medication changes-go on My Mercy check your visit notes. Thank you, My Mercy for going the extra mile. Brenda

This app has become absolutely useless in the last few updates. Save some time and just call your Dr.

Awful everywhere every time

Nothing about Mercy is quality. The app is difficult to navigate, frequently loses authentication, obfuscates communications and results. It is constantly asking me to reconfirm my information. It is constantly sending me the exact same patient rights notifications. I've been with mercy for 10 years and there has not been a single event where I felt well cared for.

Sometimes appointments added or changed with no warning. I am old and do not do well with technology.

Upset Mercy will not work with BCBS

This review is about the constant letters from Mercy trying to outline how bad BCBS is when in all reality when you look at BCBS’s position it make Mercy appear greedy and underhanded. Get it fixed and retain you patients.

Great resource and help!

My wife and I really appreciate the MyMercy portal and depend on it for all of our medical needs and care. It is a pleasant and easy tool to access and use. Thank you for such a wonderful service which enhances the quality of our life. Bob and Donna Loyd

App issues

App on my IPad won’t work, blank screen, tried rebooting device, deleting app and reinstalling, which worked a few times after restarting device. But logging out of the app brought back the blank screen. Now restarting device doesn’t “fix” app as only blank screen will appear. Asked for help via website but don’t hear anything from customer service. I’d like using app in past, preferred over Website. There should be a customer service phone for help. Since the app has been available on my iPad it is a great resource to learn lab results, communicate with various doctors, request Rx refills and ask questions. I don’t know why there is a totally new app that supposedly will replace this. I am reluctant to make the switch, especially seeing several unfavorable reviews of the new app MyMercy+ Would appreciate an explanation of why this new app is necessary and how the information I’m used to using is going to be accessed

Love this app

I love using this app. I don’t know why Mercy is switching to this new MyMercy plus app. It does not benefit their patients at all as they can only see info and appointments for mercy and not with other healthcare organizations. Don’t understand why they are so obsessed with constantly changing. Why change things if your employees and patients are happy?

Lousy navigation Lab procedure requests are overlapping and cause significant confusion for your contracted lab provider Some test results do not show up in the app or online.

I am so happy to have “My Mercy” . I get quick response to my questions and great feedback. We get information about our test even before the doctors I think. I would not want to be without it.

My Mercy is the best medical communication system I have used. It is easy to use, intuitive and very complete. As caregiver for my elderly mother our records are linked and I can manage her appointments, lab results and prescriptions with a single login. I believe this outstanding tool improves safety, referrals and patient care.

Good But Additional Features Needes

App has a lot of great features but really with it allowed you to change physicians via the app rather than having to call.

Error message when I sign up

It sends me a text, I click the link in the text, I’m brought to a page that says I can close the window, I go back to the app and it says there’s an error. So I can’t use the app.

I am sure this is a great program, and through more use it will become more familiar and easier to use. But I find it cumbersome and time consuming leading to limited information found and a lot of frustration. I prefer to speak to a qualified person by phone or in person, eyeball to eyeball. Care at Mercy

I truly can’t see myself going to any other medical facility except Mercy. The staff treat everyone so well and they hire some of the best people around. I had major surgery at Mercy in Rogers and was treated so well by everyone. I hope and pray Anthem gets their act together. I love my PA and would be devastated to have to change where I’m taken care of. Thank you Mercy.

Navigating Problems

Ordinarily software design should be developed around an iterative process. Every selection leads to a dead end without any direction showing how to communicate directly with my physician by normal messaging methods.
